You felt it the last time your kid needed help with something and then didn't anymore.
You felt it at the family dinner where you looked around the table and thought, "when did everyone get so old?"
You don't need a reminder that time moves fast.
You just need someone to tell you which photos to take before it does.
That's what this guide is for.

My name is Maura and I'm the owner of Très Bien Images in Rochester, NY.

Before photography became my career, I spent 31 years as a middle school teacher. Every school year reminded me just how quickly childhood changes. One day they're walking into my classroom as kids, and before I knew it, they were graduating, getting married, and starting families of their own. That season of my life completely changed how I see time. It taught me that the little moments we think we'll always remember are often the first ones to fade.
These days you'll usually find me behind my camera, cheering on high school seniors as they dream about what's next, helping families slow down long enough to simply be together, or delivering finished artwork that turns their memories into something they can enjoy every single day.
I've learned that life isn't made up of perfect moments-it's made up of ordinary Tuesday nights, genuine laughter, hugs that linger a little longer, and seasons that pass far too quickly. That's exactly what I love to photograph.
Because at the end of the day, I don't just want to give you beautiful images. I want to give you photographs that live on your walls, spark conversations years from now, and remind your family what this season felt like-long after it's gone.
